About the Project
The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum
Founded in 1964, The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum is one of the few independent, non-collecting institutions in the country and the only museum in Connecticut solely dedicated to the presentation of contemporary art. Perry Garvin Studio worked with the museum to design and build a new website to present their exhibitions, events, and programs. Visit their site »
A minimal design makes navigating and exploring the site simple. Photography takes center stage to provide an immersive experience. Clear typography makes reading easy.
Museum staff can manage site content with ease through an intuitive backend interface enabling them to tell the museum's nearly sixty year story.
“It was a pleasure working with Perry on The Aldrich’s website redesign and rebuild. Perry’s thoughtful, art-centric, and user friendly approach served us well from the project’s early stages through launch. We were grateful for his expertise to create and implement a number of new digital initiatives on the site and for his careful attention to every detail.”
