The Team
Web Designer, Web Developer, Front-end Specialist
Perry Garvin
Perry is a web designer, web developer, and front-end specialist. He designs across digital platforms, embracing a clean look to shape a user experience that’s delightful in its simplicity. He writes HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to exacting standards for speed, accessibility, and reliability. Prior to establishing the studio in 2008, he spent years working in contemporary art museums and galleries. His love of Minimal and Conceptual Art, Fluxus, and systems-based work continue to influence his approach to design and code. In off hours he draws geometric abstractions and swing dances to Count Basie.
Web Developer
Jonathan Kiritharan
Jonathan is a software developer with a focus in backend web application development. He builds applications from scratch using frameworks including AngularJS, Yii, Flask, Wordpress, Laravel, and Drupal. He writes in PHP, Python, Java, jQuery, and Javascript and manages their dependencies on relational databases including MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Copywriter
Ben Richmond
Ben is a graduate of the Medill School of Journalism and has spent nearly a decade in New York writing books, advertisements, and reportage across print and digital platforms. He has worked with the 92nd Street Y, Vice Media, and Sterling Publishing where he is a published author of several successful books on science and history.
Web Developer
Alex Minkoff
Alex is a full-stack developer with a background in web application and e-commerce development. Writing in PHP, Python, and MySQL, he works extensively with Magento, Shopify, WordPress, Laravel, and other frameworks as well as coding from scratch. He has built online stores for several high-end fashion brands, including Sam Edelman, Etienne Aigner, and Tracy Reese.
