About the Project
The High Line
The High Line is one of Manhattan’s crown jewels: a public park built on an elevated train track that stretches for one mile up New York City’s west side. It draws millions annually and offers quiet respite from the driving city below.
We were thrilled to partner with Friends of the High Line to design their new site to inaugurate the park’s opening. Taking cues from the High Line’s branding firm, Pentagram, and architects Diller Scofidio + Renfro, we embraced a hard-edged look with a daring use of white space and bold slab type.
